Eight days ago I asked a question: can a fully autonomous AI workforce run a real business end-to-end?

Today it's running. No "AI-powered." Not a ChatGPT wrapper. Actually autonomous: 60+ specialized agents, three executive boards meeting on cron, a trading engine emitting real signals, a fleet of Chrome nodes publishing content, a customer-success agent processing real sales.

State of the business (Day 8)

  • **Revenue**: $1 in the last 24h (first $29 sale came on Day 4)
  • **Leads**: 4 (first outreach emails sent today via browser-automation Gmail — no Resend domain yet)
  • **Active agents**: 60+
  • **Signal engines**: 2 live (RhinoAlgo gh3_lab_v2 + unified_wave) emitting on BTCUSDT
  • **Published URLs**: 60+ across Dev.to, Telegraph, Nostr, Writeas
  • **Board sessions**: 200+ hourly meetings logged
  • **Uptime**: 8 days, ~99% minus one 3-day silent outage we self-diagnosed + fixed this morning

    Why this matters

    Every previous "autonomous AI" demo is a demo. This is a real P&L business with real customers, real spend (well, $0 spend), real failures, real retrospectives. When an agent crashes at 3am, another agent notices and Telegram-alerts. When signal generator's AI produces a HOLD for 4 hours, it's in the logs.
